Mathias M. is a Director of Business Operations at PureLi since March 2024, with a solid background in business development and technology transfer. Previous experience comprises positions at Bayer Pharmaceuticals/Rutgers MBS as a Team Lead on sustainable packaging projects, an Inside Sales Associate at Bon Opus Biosciences, Inspector/Surveyor at Pivotal Retail Group, and a Researcher at Algene, where a laboratory for genetic modification was established. Mathias began a career in research as a Research Assistant at Waksman Institute of Microbiology after obtaining a Bachelor's of Science in Biotechnology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
