Jessica Artz, M.A., SPHR, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ViaPath Technologies since October 2016, overseeing HR, Marketing & Communications, Administration, and Sustainability initiatives for a technology company with $900M in revenue and 1,400 employees. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Director of Human Resources at General Dynamics Information Technology, supporting the Health and Civilian Solutions Division. Jessica's earlier experience includes serving as International HR Manager at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed international employee relations and global deployments. Jessica began a career in recruitment at Independence Air and has acquired advanced qualifications in strategic human resources and leadership, including a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Marymount University.
