Abigail Thompson is currently working at Vianet Group PLC as a SmartMachines Product Trainer. Prior to this role, Abigail held positions as a Junior Business Analyst and Customer Service Advisor at the same company. Abigail also served as an Apprentice Customer Service at Vianet Group PLC. Before joining Vianet Group PLC, Abigail worked at ARK Promotions as a Door to Door Sales representative. Abigail completed a Level 2 Customer Service degree at ITEC in 2018 and obtained NVQ level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy from Stockton Riverside College.
