Eric Dossa has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Eric began their career in the US Army National Guard as a PFC and served for six years. In 2012, Eric joined VIAM Manufacturing, Inc. as a Support Specialist, where they monitored and administered the Help Desk Support while maintaining production and office equipment. Eric then transitioned to the role of Development Support Specialist in 2014, focusing on providing assistance for development projects. Eric became a Programmer in 2016, responsible for developing and maintaining C# and ASP .NET applications, as well as ensuring the overall health of the production database. In 2016, they were promoted to IT Development Manager, overseeing the development of applications globally for all company locations. Lastly, in July 2019, Eric assumed the position of Director of Information Technology.
