Shinil Gangadharan currently holds the position of Solutions Architect at Vialto Partners since March 2023. Previously, Shinil served as a Senior Technical Architect at Accion Labs from July 2021 to March 2023 and as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Staff Engineer at Advent Global Solutions between November 2020 and July 2021. With an extensive background, Shinil worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Blue Yonder from January 2017 to July 2020 and as a Project Manager at JDA Software from April 2006 to December 2017. Earlier roles include Tech Lead at Satyam and Team Lead at Covansys, as well as Member Technical Staff at HCL Technologies. Shinil earned a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University from 1994 to 1998 and completed CBSE education at Atomic Energy Central School from 1988 to 1994.
