Pavan Bhalla currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Vialto Partners since January 2022. Prior to this role, Pavan held significant positions including Partner at FCM, LLC, and President of HR & Financial Solutions at Alight Solutions. Additional experience includes serving as CEO of HR Outsourcing at Aon and various roles at Aon Hewitt, Verizon Enterprise Solutions, and AT&T, culminating in an extensive career in finance and leadership. Pavan holds an MBA in Analytic Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an MBA in Decision Support Systems from Simon Fraser University, as well as a CPA certification from the University of Illinois.
