Shiva Charan Velichala has worked in various roles and companies since 2015. Shiva Charan started at ZS Associates as a Business Technology Analyst, where they built and launched data models, created data pipelines, and developed intuitive dashboards. Shiva Charan also conducted training sessions and developed analytical reports. Shiva Charan then moved on to DHL Express as a Sales Support Intern, where they improved data integrity, identified process improvements, and developed highly scalable data models. Shiva Charan also automated data quality checks and implemented fuzzy logic. Shiva then worked as a Student Consultant at A.T. Kearney for a brief period before joining viagogo as a Finance Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Shiva Charan Velichala pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology. Shiva Charan completed this program from 2011 to 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, Shiva Charan Velichala enrolled at Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy.
