Melissa Vicente has extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, with a focus on group management. Currently employed at Viagens Abreu, S.A. in the Departamento de Grupos since September 2022, Melissa previously held a similar position at Pinto Lopes Viagens from November 2014 to August 2022. Earlier roles include a receptionist at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts for a brief period in 2014 and at Hotel Rural Casa de Samaiões in 2010. Melissa holds a Licenciatura in Tourism from Escola Superior de Educação de Coimbra and a professional qualification in Environmental and Rural Tourism from Escola Secundária Fernão de Magalhães.
