Colleen Holmes is the current Director at VIABILITY. Prior to this, they were the President & CEO of 18 Degrees for 4 years and 11 months. Before that, they worked at Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts for 9 years, where they held various positions such as Chief Membership and Strategy Officer, Chief of Mission Delivery, and Chief of Workplace & Public Strategies. In these positions, they were responsible for developing and leading strategies to grow girl membership, adult volunteerism, and sustainability. Colleen also oversaw all policies, planning, operations and staff for human resource as well as for stakeholder communications, marketing, public relations and advocacy.

Before their work at Girl Scouts, Colleen was a Human Resources & Management Consultant with the New Haven Consulting Group and independent. In this role, they designed and delivered training; group facilitation; procedures; templates; strategy planning and related products for national transportation and finance corporations and regional/local not-for-profits. Areas included management, human resources, customer service, conflict management.

Colleen Holmes has a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University in Public & International Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School and an MBA in Management from American International College.
