Jacob Gough has over seven years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at VGW since April 2019, alongside previous roles including Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to VGW, Jacob worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Deverell Smith from October 2017 to December 2018, and as a Recruitment Business Partner for the M&G Account with Robert Walters from May 2016 to October 2017, where responsibilities included managing temporary recruitment within M&G's HR department. Jacob's career began at CityWest Homes as an Office Assistant, holding that position from August 2015 to May 2016. Jacob is an alumnus of Northam Senior High School, graduating in 2011.
