Benjohn Conde is an experienced professional in quality assurance and responsible gaming, currently serving as a Quality Assurance and Responsible Gaming Expert at VGW since April 2019. Previous roles include Senior Responsible Gambling Executive and Responsible Gambling Executive at Ladbrokes Coral Group from September 2016 to May 2019, where responsibilities involved processing customer requests for self-exclusion and account reactivation. Benjohn has a diverse background in sales and marketing, having worked as a System Administrator for Salesforce at TaskUs and in various roles related to client relations and customer support at companies like Affiliated Computer Services and TeleTech. Benjohn holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from De La Salle University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Far Eastern University, as well as pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
