Lisette Buijs - Moerdijk has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as a Personeeladviseur at VGS since August 2010. Responsibilities include providing HR services to primary education schools, managing cases of sickness absence and reintegration, developing personnel policies, and organizing training sessions. Lisetteā€™s educational background includes a Master's degree in Labor, Care, and Welfare Policy and Intervention from Utrecht University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in General Social Sciences from the same institution. Additional training was completed at ICM in 2013 and Schouten & Nelissen in 2012, with an internship at Trimbos-instituut in 2010.
