Bradley Ripple has a range of work experience in various industries. Bradley started their career in 2008 as an Aquatic Supervisor at the City of Dothan, where they oversaw daily operations and managed a team of 50 employees. In 2011, they joined Banfield Pet Hospital as a Vet Assistant and Client Service Coordinator, where they trained other teams and assisted with various veterinary tasks. Bradley was promoted to Practice Manager in 2014, responsible for supervising a team of 10 associates and providing exceptional client service.

In 2016, Bradley transitioned to Verizon as a Solutions Specialist/Solutions Manager, where they focused on sales, customer service, and building long-lasting relationships. Bradley worked with cell phone services, smart devices, and other technology products. After three years, they left Verizon in 2019 and joined Heart + Paw as a Center Director. In this role, they led the busiest location, increased monthly income by over 480%, and executed successful marketing events.

In 2021, Bradley joined Pathway Vet Alliance and later transitioned to Vetspire as a PIMS Support Project Manager. Bradley developed processes for a great client experience, managed projects utilizing Jira, and led a support team for hospitals using different PIMS systems. Currently, they hold the position of Vetspire Director of Client Experience.

Bradley Ripple earned a high school diploma from G.W Long High School in an unspecified year. Bradley then pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Supervision Management from Wallace Community College, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Subsequently, Bradley attended Troy University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from 2011 to 2014.
