Brad Katronis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, operations, and project management. As a founding team member at Hemlane since July 2017, Brad has contributed to the growth of a leading rental property management solution in the US, overseeing revenue, operations, and people. In addition to serving as an investor at Vetsie Pet Care, Brad is the founder and partner at Katronis Real Estate, managing a diverse portfolio valued at approximately $13 million in the Greater Vancouver area. Previously, as part of the founding team at My House Design/Build Team Ltd, Brad was instrumental in achieving $20 million in sales of custom homes and renovations. Brad holds degrees in Urban Land Economics and Real Estate Trading Services from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Trinity Western University.
