Jessica Palato has held two work positions in their career. From September 2008 to March 2015, they worked as an Account Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. Following that, from April 2015 to the present, they have been employed at Vet-Sec Protection Agency, first as a Branch Manager and currently as the Director of Operations.

Jessica Palato attended the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2014, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice Admin/Management.
