Damilola Ikuteyijo currently serves as a Customer Care Team Member at Starling Bank and holds the position of IT Project Manager at TREKK SCOOTERS, both since early 2024. Previous experience includes a role as a Customer Service Advisor at first direct for a short period in late 2023 and completing a Master of Science degree as a student at Swansea University from September 2022 to September 2023. Damilola also interned at Bright Network in June 2023 and held various leadership roles at FBNHoldings Plc from July 2015 to October 2022, including Head of Customer Service and Head of Funds Transfer. Earlier experience includes serving as a Corp Member during the National Youth Service Corps from October 2010 to October 2011. Damilola's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English and Literary Studies from the University of Ado Ekiti, obtained between 2005 and 2009. Currently, Damilola is pursuing a Masterā€™s degree in Management with a focus on Software Technology at Swansea University.
