Elizabeth Lico is an emerging professional with diverse experience in community support, human resources, education, and advocacy. Currently serving as a Practicum Student at the Venezuelan Alliance for Community Support and as an HR Research Coordinator at Veterinary United, Elizabeth engages in recruitment and coordinates efforts in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. Elizabeth is also an English Language and Culture Educator under the Ministerio de Educación in España and has held various roles at Michigan State University, including Undergraduate Research Assistant and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Student Coordinator. Elizabeth's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Social Relations and Policy and International Relations from Michigan State University, and is pursuing a Master of Social Work with a focus on Policy Practice at Columbia University.
