Candie Hovarter serves as the Outreach Director at Meals On Wheels since June 2017 and concurrently holds the position of Marketing Representative at Veterinary Care Specialists, a role held since May 2016. Candie received a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State University, where studies took place from 1996 to 1998.
