Miriam Furne currently serves as Laboratorieleder at Veterinærinstituttet since September 2024. Previously, Miriam held various roles at WellFish Tech, including Operations Manager Norway and Laboratory Manager from May 2023 to September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as PCR Manager at PHARMAQ Analytiq AS from June 2017 to May 2023, as a Researcher at IMR between September 2013 and December 2014, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at both NIFES and the University of Granada from August 2010 to December 2012 and June 2008 to June 2010, respectively. Miriam earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Fish Physiology from Universidad de Granada in 2008.
