Martin Magnussen is a skilled communications advisor currently employed at Vestland fylkeskommune since August 2022, where responsibilities include planning, producing, and publishing social media content. Previously, Martin served as a trainee focused on communication, managing social media for VLFK and acting as a communications contact for Opplæring og kompetanse. Earlier experience at the University of Bergen ranged from consultant roles in both the communications and study departments, overseeing social media for key figures such as the rector, Margareth Hagen, and for UiB Alumni. Martin has also worked as an intern at the Bergen International Film Festival and held sales and teaching roles at Tippeboden Oasen and Pedagogisk VikarSentral AS. Academic credentials include a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication from the University of Bergen, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
