Anders Soleim has extensive experience in IT and education, currently serving as a Sensor at Vestland fylkeskommune since May 2017, while also working as an IT-konsulent at Sparebanken Sogn og Fjordane since January 2019. Previous roles include IKT Driftsleder and seniorrådgiver at Lotteri- og stiftelsestilsynet, where responsibilities involved server and system management, planning, and training. Anders began a career in education as a teacher for all class levels in both Smøla Kommune and Naustdal Kommune. Educational qualifications include a Cand.mag in Informasjonsvitenskap from the University of Bergen and a diploma from Atlanten videregående skole.
