Lance Hemmerich serves as the Director of Employee and Labor Relations at Vestis Corporation, where responsibilities include leading collective bargaining negotiations, grievance management, and implementing positive employee relations initiatives. Previously, Lance held the position of Senior Director of Labor Relations at TreeHouse Foods, overseeing 15 collective bargaining agreements and providing leadership to a team of 35 HR professionals across the US and Canada. At The Kraft Heinz Company, Lance was the Director of Labor Relations, supporting labor relations for 49 manufacturing and distribution facilities and successfully representing the company in organizing campaigns. Academically, Lance holds a Master of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from The Ohio State University, alongside dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sport/Dance/Arts Management from Baldwin Wallace University and Business Administration and Management from the University of Mount Union.
