Lasse Nowack has extensive experience at Vestas since September 2002, progressing through various engineering and leadership roles. Notable positions include Chief Engineer for the Scaleable Core Project, where responsibilities included defining and designing solutions encompassing advanced product configuration, material traceability, planning, and costing. As Vice President of Engineering Development, Lasse led a team focused on functional excellence in R&D, overseeing standardization, interface management, and automation. Previous roles also included Director of Tower Engineering and Managing Director of Vestas Technology R&D in Chennai, where Lasse successfully implemented automation setups and managed diverse teams across multiple regions. Lasse holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Aalborg University. Earlier experience includes consultancy as a Development Engineer at HCP Engineering A/S, focusing on designs for the Oil & Gas and Renewables industries.
