Lori Giggey is an experienced property and marketing manager with a diverse background in community and operations management. Currently serving as Property Manager at Vestar since August 2017, Lori previously held the role of Portfolio Manager at CCMC, where responsibilities included managing community associations and compliance with governing documents. Lori's earlier experience includes positions as General Manager, Marketing & Specialty Leasing at Moonbeam Capital Investments LLC and Property Manager/Marketing and Specialty Leasing Manager at NewMark Merrill Mountain States, focusing on operational efficiency and community engagement. Lori's career began at Macerich as a Marketing Manager, where contributions included launching the largest retail center in Boulder County and developing successful community and media relationships. Lori holds a BA in Speech Communication from Colorado State University.
