Cosbey Watson Jr. has extensive experience in development and construction, currently serving as Vice President of Development and Construction at Rich Development since April 2014, and previously held the position of Regional Construction Manager. Additionally, Cosbey has been a Managing Member at Mallard Bay Development since 1995, and served as Vice President of Construction at Dynamic Development Company LLC from September 2012 to April 2014. Cosbey Watson Jr. holds a degree from the University of Southern California, completed between 1983 and 1987.
