Jennifer Ritter, CAM, CAPS, CPO, currently serves as Regional VP at FCA Management LLC since February 2024, following a significant tenure at Bonaventure from August 2012 to February 2024 where Jennifer held various roles including Regional Property Manager and Property Manager for Oak Lake Apartments and The Cascades. Jennifer's career also includes experience as Assistant Property Manager at Windsong Apartments and as a Licensed Sales Agent for State Farm ® from December 2007 to August 2012, specializing in P&C and Life and Health insurance sales. Earlier roles include Leasing Consultant at BECO Asset Management, LLC from August 2004 to October 2007.
