With extensive experience as President & CEO of Steady Solar LLC, providing consulting services for solar projects, and holding senior roles such as Senior Project Engineer and Interim Quality Director at Babcock & Wilcox, Andrew has consistently demonstrated a commitment to quality assurance, cost savings, and team development. Previous positions include Director of Engineering at Highgate, where significant operational improvements were achieved, and a background in quality management with Guide Corporation and Lendlease. Andrew holds a degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
