Matthew Brickner has extensive experience in application development and technology management, currently serving as the Application Development Practice Lead for Mobile and AR/VR at OST - Open Systems Technologies, Inc. since 2010. In this role, Matthew focuses on leveraging technology, people management, and business strategy to drive impactful results for clients while emphasizing data-driven decision-making and effective communication. Previous positions include Senior Consultant at RCM Technologies, where Matthew managed web and mobile projects, and a Consultant role at NuSoft Solutions. Additionally, Matthew founded Red Orbit Systems, specializing in PHP and Ruby on Rails development, and began a career in IT at the Michigan State Medical Society. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Grand Valley State University.
