Laiza Peñaranda-Concepcion has a diverse work experience. Laiza currently works at Vertiv as the Senior Lead Specialist for Digital Customer Experience (PMO), a role they started in April 2022. In this position, they assist in managing key projects related to digital customer experience and coordinates content-driven projects for the Vertiv website and internal communications hubs.

Prior to their current role, Laiza worked at Emerson Automation Solutions from 2014 to 2021, starting as a Technical Writing Associate and progressing to a Senior Technical Writing Specialist. Laiza'sresponsibilities included editing various documents and creating technical materials such as operating manuals, bulletins, product data sheets, and installation guides.

Before joining Emerson Automation Solutions, they gained experience as a News Writer at CNN Philippines from 2012 to 2013 and from 2018 to 2019. During their time at CNN Philippines, they produced news stories for different newscasts, including traffic reports.

Additionally, Laiza worked as a News Reporter at GNN - Global News Network / News Global e-TV Networks Pvt. Ltd. in 2012, where they wrote, produced, and reported local and foreign news stories and anchored news updates.

Laiza'searliest work experience was as a Customer Care Executive at vCustomer in 2011, where they assisted customers with orders and provided training and coaching to new hires.

Laiza Peñaranda-Concepcion obtained a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communication from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, graduating in 2011. Laiza also holds additional certifications such as the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in June 2023. Furthermore, they have completed various certifications from LinkedIn, including Business Innovation Foundations, Jeff Dyer on Innovation, Agile Foundations, Leading Remote Projects and Virtual Teams, Project Management Foundations, and Project Management: Technical Projects. Additionally, they have completed certifications in Fundamentals of Agile Project Management, Fundamentals of Waterfall Project Management, and Smartsheet Essential Training (2019) from the Project Management Institute and LinkedIn. In 2017, they obtained a 120-Hour Advanced TESOL Certificate from the American TESOL Institute.
