Jessica Sedory is the CSO at Vertical Computers. Jessica has over 15 years of customer service experience, with a focus on sales support and development.

Jessica started their career in customer service, working as a customer service representative for Big League Dreams from February 2003 to August 2005. Jessica then transitioned into sales, working as a BDC rep for Crevier BMW from September 2005 to September 2011. In September 2011, they began working for ForRent Media Solutions as a National Sales Support Rep, where they stayed until February 2016.

In their current role as CSO at Vertical Computers, Jessica is responsible for overseeing the sales department and ensuring that all sales goals are met. Jessica also works closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the company's products and services.

They are on a team with Matt Castaneda - Account Executive, Jacob Brainard - Account Executive, and Kathryn Monroy - Executive Assistant. Their manager is Steven Sedory, CEO.
