Bill McConnell is a co-founder and the CEO of The Vertex Companies, LLC, an international AEC firm. Bill is a seasoned expert witness for domestic and international megaproject disputes. He has testified nearly 200 times, most notably for quantum/damages, scheduling, allocation, productivity, termination, and standard of care opinions.
