Vandana Sridhar is a seasoned research and development scientist with extensive experience in protein purification, crystallization, and optimization for drug discovery and development. Currently employed at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since June 2023, Vandana previously held roles at Ferring Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Associate Scientist, where peptide hormone production was optimized, and at various biotechnology firms, contributing significantly to projects involving antibody crystallization, protein stability enhancement, and purification protocol development. Vandana's career includes significant positions at Dart NeuroScience LLC, Pfenex Inc., and Merck, with notable achievements in crystallization of protein complexes, purification methodologies, and moving vaccine projects through clinical phases. Vandana began this professional journey with a degree from Osmania University.
