Dr. Schultz-Cherry is Full Member (Professor) in the Department of Infectious Diseases at St Jude, co-Principal Investigator of the NIAID St Jude Center for Excellence in Influenza Research and Surveillance (SJCEIRS), and Deputy Director, World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Studies on the Ecology of Influenza in Animals and Birds. She is an expert in Influenza and Astrovirus Virus Pathogenesis, Novel Vaccines and Therapeutics, and Microbial Co-Infection.
