Keith Thornton is an accomplished professional in emergency services and public safety with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Executive at Versaterm Public Safety since September 2023, Keith has also been a Volunteer Firefighter and Training Instructor for the Cebu City Fire Department since January 2020. Previously, Keith held positions including 911 Supervisor at Quadcom 911, Police Communications Operator II at the Office of Emergency Management & Communications in Chicago, and Emergency Medical Technician at American Medical Response. Keith's career began as a Police Officer II with the Los Angeles Police Department and includes volunteer service with the Chicago Fire Department. Keith holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Concordia University Chicago and several certifications in Emergency Medical Technology and Law Enforcement.
