Stephanie Malatesta is a Senior Manager of Client Success at VersaPay, where responsibilities include onboarding, training, and developing communication strategies for clients utilizing the VersaPay ARC platform since September 2018. Previously, Stephanie served as Director of Customer Experience at Nudge.ai, specializing in relationship intelligence solutions from December 2017 to May 2018. At PostBeyond, from January 2015 to December 2017, Stephanie held the role of Director of Customer Success, managing a team and working with clients across various industries, including Starbucks and Shopify. Earlier experience includes positions as a Business Operations Analyst at Pivotal Labs, a Project Manager at the University of Waterloo's School of Pharmacy, and a Marketing Analyst at Gabae Industries Corp. Stephanie earned an Honours Science and Business degree with a specialization in Biochemistry from the University of Waterloo from 2007 to 2012.
