Charles Warden currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Aquea Health, Inc., a position held since January 2020. In addition to this role, Charles has been a Managing Director at Versant Ventures since 2004, focusing on venture capital investments in entrepreneurial medical device companies while also serving as a board member. Previous experience includes being a Board Member at IANTECH, an ophthalmic surgery company dedicated to impactful solutions, from June 2016 to December 2018, and serving as a General Partner at SV Life Sciences from 1996 to 2004, where Charles led the firm's medical device investing activities. Charles Warden holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and has an educational background from Beloit College.
