Stephanie Herbert has extensive work experience in retail operations and management. Stephanie started their career in 2003 as a freelance translator and revision editor before transitioning to roles in education and program coordination. In 2007, they became the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President and Interline Coordinator at Alitalia Compagnia Aerea Italiana SpA. Stephanie then worked as a Community Resource Assistant at New York University's Florence campus before joining Istituto Europeo as a Program Coordinator. Stephanie later shifted their focus to retail, working at Prada Group in various roles, including Visual Coordinator and Director of Store Operations. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Director of Retail Store Operations for Etro in the USA. Currently, Stephanie is the Director of EMEA Operations at Versace, a position they have held since 2021.

Stephanie Herbert holds a Master of Arts degree in Italian; Language and Linguistics from Middlebury College, which they obtained in 2006. Stephanie obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian from Connecticut College in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Hopkins School and received their High School Diploma in 2000.
