Nicoletta Pia di Cagno is a Compliance Director at Versace since December 2022, previously serving as Head of Ethics & Antibribery at Snam S.p.A. from October 2018 to November 2022 and holding the position of Senior Counsel Ethics & Antibribery. Nicoletta's career began as a Trainee Lawyer at Piccaglia Law Firm, followed by a role as a Lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, and then as a Senior Associate at Tonucci & Partners, focusing on corporate compliance, white-collar crimes, and litigation. Nicoletta holds an Executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano, an LLM in Tax Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and multiple law degrees from both Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and The University of Göttingen.
