Leo Jiao has a diverse work experience in the field of networking. Leo started their career in 2006 as a Network Engineer at Beida Jade Bird System Integration Co., Ltd. Leo then moved on to work as a Network Engineer at Amazon, where they operated and maintained the Amazon Global Corporate Network. Leo also worked as a Team Lead at Vancl.com and as a Solution Engineer at Allstream, where they provided technical support and developed solution designs. Leo later joined Longview Systems Corp. as a Network Architect, focusing on IS Network Infrastructure design and providing technical assurance for project compliance. Leo then worked as a Sales Engineer at Nokia, assisting with technical aspects of proposals and RFP responses. Currently, they are a Senior System Engineer at Versa Networks.

Leo Jiao completed their education in the field of computer science. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Liaoning Technical University and earned a college degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Later, from 2007 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Beijing Jiaotong University. In addition to their formal education, Leo also obtained several certifications, including CMNA from Meraki in May 2014, CCIE SP from Cisco in November 2009, and Versa Certified Administrator - Security Specialist from Versa Networks in October 2022.
