Vie Bierens currently serves as the Head Correspondent Network and Secretary of the Board at ChildPress.org since December 2024. Additionally, Vie is part of the Events Team at Vereniging VERS, focusing on organizing and coordinating monthly events for new visual creators since March 2023. Previous experience includes working as an Assistant Director at Taste Productions, supporting artistic communication and technical coordination for the theater production TASTE in 2021, and serving as a Social Media Coordinator for the Beautiful Distress Foundation, leading campaigns to promote artists and mental health awareness from March 2020 to March 2021. Vie also completed an internship as a Theater Director at the Dutch National Opera & Ballet in early 2020. Educational qualifications include an Honours Bachelor's degree in Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics from the University of Amsterdam, a Gap Year Program at The School of The New York Times, and an International Baccalaureate from Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong.
