Ruth Mattson is an accomplished attorney and partner at Verrill, where Ruth advises individuals and families on estate and business planning, with a focus on international practice since December 2021. Additionally, Ruth serves as a volunteer for The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and lectures at Boston University School of Law, teaching graduate students about estate planning and international information reporting. Previous experience includes partnerships at Vacovec, Mayotte & Singer and Bove & Langa, P.C., as well as earlier positions at Bowditch & Dewey, LLP, and Edward George & Associates. Ruth holds an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law and a JD from Temple University, complemented by a BA in Conflict Studies from DePauw University.
