Ken Ginder is a Partner in Verrill's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group, with a professional tenure at the firm that began in 1997. In addition to this role, Ken serves as a Board Member and former President of the Maine Employee Benefits Council since February 2018. Their prior experience includes positions as a Senior Associate in Tax at Coopers & Lybrand from 1994 to 1997, and as a Judicial Law Clerk at both the Utah Court of Appeals and the Maine Superior Court from 1991 to 1993. Ken holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law/Taxation from Boston University School of Law, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Maine School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree from Colby College.
