Bonnie Clemons possesses extensive experience in sales, service, and support process development within the biotechnology and technical support industries. Currently serving as a Sales, Service, and Support Process Development & CRM/ERP Consultant at Verogen since September 2017, Bonnie specializes in implementing workflows within NetSuite and optimizing processes as a NetSuite Administrator. Prior to this, Bonnie held various leadership roles at Illumina, including Sr. Director of Support Operations, where significant global support workflows were developed in Salesforce and cross-functional team management was executed. Bonnie's earlier positions at Sequenom and Dionex Corporation involved establishing customer support departments and managing technical support operations, thereby enhancing service capabilities and customer satisfaction. Bonnie holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from SUNY New Paltz.
