Wassim Merheby began their career in 1995 as a Regional Account Supervisor at FP7 McCann. In 1998, they moved to Nestle as a Trade Marketing Manager. Wassim then joined Kraft Foods in 2001, where they held roles such as Customer Manager (ASDA Wal-Mart) and Area Manager (UAE and Bahrain). In 2006, they became Head of Retail and Head of Portfolio and Programs - MENA at Nokia. In 2010, they joined Fast Telecom as Managing Director and Managing Partner. In 2016, they Co-Founded Distichain, a B2B eCommerce solutions company. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Verofax, a company that helps consumer brands turn their offline products into communication channels.
Wassim Merheby obtained a B.A in Business Marketing from the Lebanese American University between 1990 and 1993. Wassim then earned an M.SC in Total Quality Management from Sheffield Hallam University between 2006 and 2009. In 2007, Merheby obtained a Certificate in Marketing Management from Insead. The following year, they were awarded an Executive Management Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General from The Wharton School. In 1997, Merheby obtained a London International Advertising Award from the Marketing, Advertising & Branding Association London.
