Sarah Crennan is the Co-Founder & Advisor at Vernx, and was the Lead Technologist at Fonterra from March 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Development Technologist - Nutritionals at Fonterra from October 2016 to June 2019. Sarah also served as the Director of Product Development at Vernx Biotechnology Pty Ltd from June 2019 to March 2021. Sarah has also worked as a Senior Poduct Development Technologist at NU-MEGA INGREDIENTS from November 2013 to November 2015, and as a Product Development Technologist at NU-MEGA INGREDIENTS from February 2008 to November 2013.

Sarah Crennan has a Bachelor of Food Technology from The University of Queensland.
