Karry Booska serves as the Assistant Director of Community Partnerships for Career Development at Vermont State University since January 2023 and has been the Director of Career Development at Vermont Technical College since July 2005. Over a decade, Karry has maintained exceptional graduate outcome success with a placement rate of 95-100%. Responsibilities include designing and administering outcome reports, engaging with students and employers, and implementing career services initiatives, including workshops and career fairs. Previous roles at Vermont Technical College include Resident Director, Interim Director of Career Development, and Career Advisor, each with a focus on student career counseling, mentorship, and relationship building with employers. Karry holds an MBA from Norwich University and multiple degrees from Vermont Technical College in Business Technology and Management, and E-Commerce.
