Government Research And Information Specialist at Vermont League of Cities and Towns

Heather Law is a Government Research and Information Specialist at the Vermont League of Cities and Towns since December 2015, where legal and policy research is conducted, and quantitative and qualitative analyses are performed while innovating software applications and streamlining municipal payroll systems. Prior experience includes roles at The University of Vermont, where a comprehensive study abroad guidebook was developed, and at the State of Vermont, managing budget activities and grant programs. Additional experience includes serving as a Student Advisor at Norwich University, supporting over 200 students and faculty across multiple graduate programs, and as an Organizational Development & Training Assistant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont, organizing engagement events and managing training coordination. Heather Law holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both from Norwich University.
