Joshua Sumner, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Sports Wagering & Contract Compliance at the Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery since May 2024. Prior to this role, Joshua held positions as Chief Financial Officer and Compliance and Risk Management Officer at TrailNorth Federal Credit Union from June 2023 to May 2024. Experience also includes working as a Financial Examiner III and Financial Examiner II at the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation from July 2019 to June 2023, as well as a Teaching Assistant at Saint Michael's College and various internships. Joshua earned an MBA from Champlain College between 2020 and 2022 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Saint Michael's College. Joshua's educational background is complemented by an Advanced Regents Diploma from Granville Central School District.
