Tracey Delphia has over 18 years of experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as the Director of Digital Services for the State of Vermont since September 2005, after progressing through various roles including IT Manager, Assistant IT Manager, Systems Analyst II, and IT Specialist II. Prior experience includes a position as a Customer Service Representative at Vermont Systems, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed phone support for software customers, installation of software, user training, and documentation. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Castleton University and Castleton State College, completing studies in 2002.
