John Preston is an experienced HR Training & Engagement Specialist with a strong background in designing and delivering development courses across various organizations. Currently serving in the State of Vermont since 2017, John focuses on supervisory and leadership training while conducting data analysis and consulting with teams statewide. John's previous roles include Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., and Lean Transformation Coach at IBM, where a notable achievement was obtaining a Black Belt Training Certificate in Lean Six Sigma. John has also contributed to training and development in multiple capacities at organizations such as Vermont Technical College and the University of Vermont.
